HENKEL IBÉRICA S.A. (hereinafter, HENKEL), with registered office at 08005 Barcelona, Calle Bilbao 72-84, NIF A08046799, is the organizer of the promotion aimed at encouraging the sale of professional hair cosmetic products (hereinafter, the "Promotion"). The Promotion will be governed by the following rules:
1. Participation via Social Media
Disclaimer: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp do not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way, nor are they associated with it. Participants release these social networks from any liability related to the development of this promotion and confirm that they are already users of these platforms, having accepted their legal terms, whether general or specific, as well as privacy policies and any other applicable regulations, which may differ from these rules.
2.Geographic Scope of the Promotion
The promotion is limited to Spain, including the mainland, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands.
3.Participants
This promotion is open to all professional hairdressers who are registered customers of Henkel on the direct sales channel of Schwarzkopf Professional eShop Spain and are over 18 years old, with legal residency in Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands). Participants must have an Instagram profile that complies with the platform’s terms of use.
Exclusions: Employees of Henkel, its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and their families are not eligible to participate.
4. Promotion Period
The promotion will run from March 15, 2025, to April 18, 2025, which is the last day to participate.
5. Communication
HENKEL IBÉRICA S.A. will promote the contest through Instagram accounts of its sales network and via email to registered hairdressers.
6. Participation & Cost
Participation in this promotion is free and exclusively available to hairdresser clients who meet the specified requirements. Participants must enter via their Instagram profiles.
7. Prizes
HENKEL will award 8 PRIZES, with one prize allocated per geographical zone:
North
Northeast
Northwest
Balearic Islands
Levante
Canary Islands
Andalusia
Central
Each prize includes:
1 Pack of 8 Olivia Garden Fingerbrushes (Value: €15)
1 exclusive 1-hour online training session from Schwarzkopf Professional eShop Spain. Henkel's eShop team will contact winners via email and/or phone.
8. How to Participate
Eligible participants must:
Be Instagram users and correctly registered with Schwarzkopf Professional eShop Spain.
Post a video answering: "What are your must-have Schwarzkopf products in your salon?" while following the provided guidelines.
Tag their regional manager and @schwarzkopfpro.spain.
Use the hashtag #foreveryyou + their region (e.g., #foreveryyouandalucia, #foreveryyoulevante).
Contest & Winner Selection
On April 21, 2025, a jury composed of Henkel’s marketing team will review all valid video submissions. Winners will be selected based on creativity and originality—one per region. Additionally, one backup winner will be chosen per region.
9. Prize Delivery
Winners will be contacted by Henkel and must respond within 7 days to confirm acceptance and arrange delivery. If a winner does not respond, the prize will go to the backup winner. If neither can be reached, the prize will be forfeited.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Henkel may require proof of identity and professional status (e.g., ID or other official documents).
The prize will only be shipped within Spain.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, Henkel reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
By accepting the prize, winners consent to Henkel accessing their contact details from the eShop database.
10. Disqualification
Participants who manipulate entries (e.g., using multiple accounts or receiving unauthorized assistance) will be disqualified. Henkel reserves the right to remove fraudulent entries.
11. Tax Information
Prizes over €300 are subject to 19% income tax withholding under Spanish tax law.
Winners must provide a copy of their DNI (ID) or Residence Card to process tax compliance.
A tax certificate will be issued for reporting in the annual IRPF tax return.
12. Data Protection
HENKEL IBÉRICA S.A. is responsible for managing participants’ personal data, which will be used for:
Administering the promotion
Contacting winners
Publishing winners’ names in online and print media
Henkel will not share data with third parties except as legally required. Data related to winners may be shared with the prize delivery provider, who must maintain confidentiality.
Participants may opt-in to receive marketing communications. At any time, they can exercise their rights to access, rectify, delete, or limit data processing by contacting:

13. Intellectual Property
Participants are solely responsible for their video content and must ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Henkel is not liable for any content posted.
Videos that violate legal or ethical standards (e.g., offensive, defamatory, illegal, or infringing on intellectual property rights) will be disqualified.
Winners grant Henkel the rights to reproduce, distribute, and use their submissions across various formats (digital, print, etc.).
14. Modification of the Promotion
Henkel reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if necessary, ensuring fairness for all participants.
15. Acceptance of Terms & Applicable Law
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms. The contest is governed by Spanish law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
