LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BLACK FRIDAY 2025 ESHOP DRAW
HENKEL IBÉRICA S.A. (hereinafter, “HENKEL”), with registered office at Calle Bilbao 72-84, 08005 Barcelona, Spain, Tax ID A08046799, organizes this draw through its Schwarzkopf Professional online store eShop (Schwarzkopf Professional eShop | España | Homepage ) (hereinafter, “eShop”), aimed at promoting its professional haircare products (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), which shall be governed by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Territorial Scope
The Promotion is limited to the territory of Spain, including mainland, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands.
2. Participation Requirements
Participation is open to all hairdressing professionals, aged 18 or over, residing in Spain, who meet the following requirements:
Be an existing direct channel customer and belong to any of the following Price Groups: 25, 33, 40, 99, 3A, 4A, TC.
Accept these Terms and Conditions.
Exclusions:
Professionals who do not meet the above requirements.
Customers with special conditions, distributors, wholesalers, e-commerce customers, and Key Account chains.
Employees of the organizing company and its partner agencies.
Direct relatives of the above.
3. Free Participation
Participation is completely free and exclusively online.
4. Promotional Period
Entries will be accepted from November 24, 2025 until December 8, 2025, which is the last day to participate.
HENKEL reserves the right to extend the promotional period or interrupt and/or terminate it in the event of unavoidable circumstances beyond HENKEL’s control, in both cases notifying participants through an updated communication and, in case of extension, updating these Terms.
5. Communication
The Promotion will be announced via informational email and through the sales network.
6. Prizes
HENKEL will randomly award 10 prizes (1 per winner) during this campaign, consisting of:
FIVE (5) Schwarzkopf Professional LED Signs, each valued at €61.65.
FIVE (5) Olivia Garden Brush Packs, each pack valued at €97.
7. Mechanics
To participate, customers must:
Place a valid order on the eShop by December 8, 2025, with a minimum net amount of €150 (VAT excluded).
Once the order is placed, apply the code BLACKFRIDAY2025 in the cart to register the entry.
On December 9, 2025, from all valid entries, a draw will be conducted using a computer application to determine the 10 winners and 2 backup entries.
8. Prize Delivery
Winners will be notified after the campaign ends, starting December 10, 2025, via email and/or Sales Representative. Prizes will be shipped within approximately 3 weeks to the postal address provided by the customer. If, after 7 days from notification, it is not possible to contact the winner due to reasons beyond HENKEL’s control (e.g., incorrect identification, failure to meet requirements, or refusal), the prize will be awarded to a backup entry. If prizes remain unclaimed after the deadlines, HENKEL may dispose of them as deemed appropriate.
Additional conditions:
Prize delivery is subject to compliance with these Terms.
Prizes will only be shipped within the campaign’s geographic scope.
HENKEL reserves the right to request proof of identity via official documentation.
Prizes are personal and non-transferable and must be accepted as stipulated herein. No cash alternative will be offered.
Sale or commercialization of the prize is prohibited.
In case of force majeure, HENKEL reserves the right to substitute prizes with similar items of equal or greater value.
HENKEL accepts no liability for defects in the awarded prizes or any claims arising therefrom.
9. Limitations
The campaign is limited to one entry per purchase. A customer may participate multiple times provided each entry corresponds to a different qualifying order.
To ensure broader promotional reach, no more than one prize will be awarded to the same customer.
10. Disqualification
Entries that do not meet these Terms will be automatically disqualified. Correct completion of the entry is mandatory. HENKEL reserves the right to remove entries deemed fraudulent. Any person making illegitimate use, receiving assistance and/or advantage to manipulate participation will be excluded. False orders or those not meeting campaign requirements, or not matching promoted products or dates, will be considered null, and HENKEL assumes no responsibility for them.
11. Data Protection
HENKEL IBÉRICA S.A. (hereinafter, “HENKEL”) informs you that personal data provided through participation in this campaign will be processed under HENKEL’s responsibility. The purpose of data collection is to manage the promotion and prize delivery. The legal basis for processing is your consent for the purposes described above. Data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law. For prize delivery, winners’ data will be shared with the contracted supplier, who is legally bound to maintain confidentiality and security and process data solely for the stated purpose.

12. Modification of the Promotion
HENKEL reserves the right to amend these Terms for justified reasons, duly notifying participants, provided such changes do not harm them, and to cancel the promotion in case of exceptional circumstances and/or force majeure.
13. Acceptance of Terms and Applicable Law
Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms without reservation. These Terms are governed by Spanish law, and participants agree that any dispute related to the Promotion shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
