*All the amounts required in the promotion are net amounts after applying the contract discounts plus the additional discounts of the promotion (adapting the gross amount of the promotion to each type of commercial condition).
*The additional discount % is applied on the net amount after applying the exclusive Eshop discount (33% discount) of the customer for customers without contract [99] or otherwise, for customers with recorded and signed commercial conditions, the default additional discount in cascade format will be applied.

*Henkel Ibérica S.A. reserves the right to replace or dispose of gifts or promotional products depending on available stock. If the products are sold out, they may not be delivered or may be replaced by others of equal or higher value, without this giving rise to any right of complaint on the part of the participating customer.
*The additional promotion with the 12 BLONDME lighteners will only be applied if the BLONDME care relaunch promotion is applied, granting an additional 33% discount on the BLONDME lighteners purchased once the signed commercial conditions of each type of customer are applied.
*TOP COLOR customers and customers with special conditions, especially customers with engraved ZVARS (3A and 4A) do not qualify for the additional promotion with the 12 lighteners.
*BLONDME Lighteners promotion can be only applied once.
