*All amounts required to participate in this promotion are expressed as net or gross values, depending on the applicable customer type and commercial agreement. As a result, the purchase thresholds may vary according to contractual conditions:
 

Tier 1

• STD and ZVAR customers: minimum purchase of €204 net (before the additional promotional discount) across the OSiS+ portfolio, and €18 net (before the additional promotional discount) in the new OSiS+ Curls range.

• Non-contract customers: minimum purchase of €305 gross (list price) across the OSiS+ portfolio, and €26 gross (list price) in the new OSiS+ Curls range.

Tier 2

• STD and ZVAR customers: minimum purchase of €445 net (before the additional promotional discount) across the OSiS+ portfolio, and €21 net (before the additional promotional discount) in the new OSiS+ Curls range.

• Non-contract customers: minimum purchase of €795 gross (list price) across the OSiS+ portfolio, and €38 gross (list price) in the new OSiS+ Curls range.

Tier 3

• STD and ZVAR customers: minimum purchase of €645 net (before the additional promotional discount) across the OSiS+ portfolio, and €21 net (before the additional promotional discount) in the new OSiS+ Curls range.

• Non-contract customers: minimum purchase of €1,150 gross (list price) across the OSiS+ portfolio, and €38 gross (list price) in the new OSiS+ Curls range.

*For non-contract customers [99], the additional discount percentage, where applicable, will be calculated on the gross amount (list price). The standard 33% discount will also be applied at the end of the order, likewise on the gross amount (list price).

*For customers with agreed commercial conditions on file, the additional discount will be applied on a cascading basis, in line with the customer’s existing commercial terms.

*Only OSiS+ branded products are eligible for the promotion and only if they are purchased in the net quantities specified above.
