Terms and Legal Conditions for the Black Friday and Cyber Week 2024 Promotion
HENKEL IBÉRICA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "HENKEL"), with its registered office at 08005 Barcelona, Calle Bilbao 72-84, NIF A08046799, is the organizer of the Black Friday and Cyber Week 2024 Promotion, aimed at promoting the online sales of its professional haircare products through Schwarzkopf Professional eShop | España | Homepage (hereinafter, the "Promotion"). The Promotion will be administered under the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Definition and Location of the Promotion
1.1. The Black Friday and Cyber Week 2024 Promotion applies to the B2B Schwarzkopf Professional store in Spain (link).
1.2. The Promotion offers special discounts of up to 50% for a limited period. The detailed terms and conditions are outlined below.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to existing Schwarzkopf Professional customers in Spain who meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these terms. Existing customers must be registered and validated in the online store (Schwarzkopf Professional eShop). Validation may take 1 day to 4 weeks.
2.2. The Promotion is also open to Potential New Company Customers (New Customer Acquisitions, “NCA”), who must register in the eShop to access the Promotion.
3. Minimum Order Value
3.1. To qualify for the Promotion, orders must reach a minimum net value of €150 after applying both commercial discounts and the Promotion discounts.
4. Available Stock
4.1. The Promotion is subject to product availability. Eligible products for the Promotion will be specified later.
5. Promotion Period
5.1. The Promotion is valid from Wednesday, November 27, at 00:00h, until Friday, December 6, at 23:59h (hereinafter, the "Promotion Period").
6. Discounts and Additional Discounts
6.1. Existing Henkel Ibérica S.A. customers (Hair Professional division) with recorded commercial terms (contracts uploaded to the system, SAP, and the Promotion platform) will receive the following additional discounts during the Promotion Period:
Price Group 25 Contracts: Additional 33.3% discount on eligible products.
Price Group 33 Contracts: Additional 25.4% discount on eligible products.
Price Group 40 Contracts: Additional 16.7% discount on eligible products.
Non-Contract Customers (Price Group 99): 33.3% additional discount (effectively applied as 17.00%, totaling up to 50% as specified in point 7.2).
6.2. Excluded Customers:
Customers with special terms outside standard contracts.
Key Account Customers.
Customers with 33% or 40% discount contracts plus ZVAR discounts (Price Groups: 3A and 4A).
Customers with TOPCOLOR contracts offering a 50% discount on color.
Wholesale and distributor channel customers.
Customers not specified in point 6.1.
6.3. New Company Customers (NCA): Receive a direct 50% discount on eligible products.
7. Cascade Discounts
7.1. The additional discount for the Promotion is applied in a cascading manner, considering the list price, the customer's recorded commercial terms, and the additional discounts, calculated in that order.
7.2. Exception: For customers without a contract (Price Group 99), the additional discount is applied directly to the product (a 17.00% discount will be applied to the product), and the remaining amount is subtracted from the default eShop discount applied to the list price (33.00% discount). The total discount can reach up to 50%.
7.2.1. To calculate the total discount, the discounted amount (specified in point 7.2.1.1) must be calculated and divided by the initial amount (specified in point 7.2.1.2), considering only the eligible products for the promotion in the calculation.
7.2.1.1. Discounted Amount = Initial Amount (list price) - Final Amount (excluding early payment discounts and VAT).
7.2.1.2. (Discounted Amount / Initial Amount (list price)) x 100 = Total Discount Applied.
8. Product Exclusions for TOP COLOR Customers
8.1. Products in the Coloration category (ID: 154925), as well as Care, Finish, and Shape products, are excluded from the Promotion.

10. Liability
10.1. The organizer (Henkel Ibérica S.A.) is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by participants due to their participation or acceptance of the discounts.
11. Modification or Cancellation
11.1. Henkel Ibérica S.A. reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

To allow HENKEL to contact you in the event you are a winner.
To publish your name and surname, along with other participants, in any online media or printed press in connection with this campaign.
